numu ("numu", "we", "us", or "our") operates a user-acquisition platform that helps mobile game studios plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, the numu application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
numu is operated by Pixelation Labs Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in line with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We collect the following categories of information:
Account information
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication identifiers from any sign-in providers you use. If you connect a payment method, our payment processor collects billing information on our behalf; we do not store full card numbers.
Game and campaign content
When you add a game to numu, we collect the metadata you provide or authorize us to fetch — store URLs, app identifiers, page and account identifiers for connected platforms, MMP configuration, and the creative assets you upload. When you run campaigns through numu, we store the campaign configuration, ad creatives, and the performance data returned by the advertising and attribution platforms you have connected.
Connected service credentials
To run campaigns on your behalf, you connect third-party services (such as your advertising account and your mobile measurement partner). These connections give us scoped access tokens or API keys. We encrypt these credentials at rest and use them only to deliver the Service. You can disconnect any integration at any time from inside the application.
Prompts, plans, and workspace data
We collect the inputs you submit, the briefs and creatives generated, the agent runs, decisions, comments, and other content you and your teammates create inside numu. This information is used to deliver the Service, build a memory of your games and your team's conventions, and improve features for your workspace.
Usage and device data
We automatically collect log and usage data such as pages viewed, features used, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URLs, and timestamps. We use this for security, troubleshooting, and product analytics.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on our marketing site and inside the application to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private campaign data, creatives, prompts, or workspace data to train foundation AI models for use outside your workspace.
numu is model- and tool-agnostic by design. To deliver the Service we route requests to third-party providers who help with hosting, model inference, advertising and attribution APIs, payments, analytics, and customer support. These subprocessors process information only on our instructions and are bound by data protection commitments.
Where we route prompts, creative briefs, or campaign data to AI model providers to generate creatives, plans, or analytics, we do so under agreements that require those providers not to train their models on your content. The specific providers we use may change as the platform evolves; a current list of subprocessors is available on request at the contact address below.
We share information only in these limited situations:
We retain account, workspace, and campaign data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete content or close your account, we delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. These include encryption in transit, encryption of connected service credentials at rest, scoped access to your advertising and attribution accounts, and least-privilege access controls for our team. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This section describes how numu accesses, uses, stores, shares, and retains data obtained through Google APIs, in addition to the terms above. numu connects to a studio's Google Ads account through the Google Ads API, and this access is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
What Google user data we access.
When you connect a Google Ads account, you authorize numu through Google OAuth to access, on your behalf: Google Ads account metadata (accessible customer IDs, account and manager/client account names and hierarchy); campaign, ad group, ad, budget, and geographic-targeting configuration; creative assets associated with the account; and campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions and installs, and spend. numu requests a single OAuth scope, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords, and accesses data only for the Google Ads accounts you have explicitly authorized.
How we use Google user data.
We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the features you request: connecting and selecting ad accounts, creating and managing campaigns, managing creative assets, configuring targeting, and displaying performance reporting and optimization recommendations. No campaign action is taken without your explicit approval inside numu.
How we share Google user data.
We do not sell Google user data, and we do not transfer it to data brokers, advertisers, or any third party for their own purposes. Google user data is processed by numu and by the infrastructure subprocessors that operate the Service on our behalf, under agreements that restrict them to providing services to numu. We do not use Google user data to develop, train, or improve generalized or third-party artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and we do not transfer Google user data to any third-party AI/ML service for training; any automated recommendations operate only on your own authorized account data, to serve you.
How we protect Google user data.
Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are transmitted only over encrypted connections. Access is scoped to your authorized accounts and limited to the least privilege required to provide the Service.
Retention and deletion of Google user data.
We retain Google user data only as long as needed to provide the Service to you. You can disconnect numu, or revoke numu's access from your Google account permissions, at any time; doing so immediately terminates numu's access and deletes the stored OAuth tokens. Cached Google Ads data associated with the connection is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after disconnection or account closure, except where retention is required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Limited Use.
numu's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Workspace administrators can manage members, connected integrations, and stored content directly from the application.
To exercise any rights or ask a privacy question, contact us at privacy@numu.gg. We respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
numu operates from Singapore. If you access the Service from outside Singapore, your information will be transferred to and processed in Singapore and other countries where our subprocessors operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required.
numu is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, if the changes are significant, provide a more prominent notice (for example, by email or in-product). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
